In 2011, master craftsman Christopher Williams, industrial designer Charles Constantine, and architect Drew Seskunas founded the Principals. The Brooklyn-based firm has completed commissions for the likes of Bonnaroo music festival, MoMA PS1, and the audio company Sonos, creating immersive environments from surprising materials.
"We want to produce work that allows us to look at the world in a new way," Seskunas told Architectural Record in July, 2015. "Our projects are about decontextualizing elements to expand our understanding."
