The placing of the various utilitarian zones of the museum at this project are questionable. The proposed project foresees the displayed artworks galleries, which are the main purpose for attending the museum, forces the visitors to climb the long stairs to the second and third floor. And, on the contrary, cafe, kitchen, wardrobe e.t.c., instead to bring them downstairs into the basement, placed right in front of them, near to the entrance, what in my opinion is not quite appropriate. \n Given museum, supposedly, would contain and accumulate a various of works of art of different time periods, styles and directions. Their exposure, it is desirable, needs to be composed and grouped in a logical way and zoned, as well, by thematic for the purpose of easy and clear orientation for visitors. This needs to be reflected on the floor plans. The exposition of the galleries of artworks are preferable to be spread horizontally rather then vertically. That is why the number of stories should be as less as possible, unless it has indisputable purpose. In addition, it needs to take to account, and not to ignore the convenient positions of all necessary ancillary spaces and rooms, toilets for visitors and staff, offices and workshops , the handicap paths as well e.t.c..\n All said above, suppose should meet all museum buildings requirements, zoning and building code included. The project, which is claimed to be called an architecture, should represent a symbiosis of aesthetically drawn floor plans, enclosing its respective construction structure, sophisticated interiors of the main premises which should serve and emphasize the basic building’s architectural concept, to combine with the environment and should be elaborate simultaneously at the one creative process. \n\nP.S.
