Join the Rudy Bruner Award for Urban Excellence (RBA) and Northeastern University for the Myra Kraft Open Classroom “Inspiring Design” speaker series, exploring how people and places nationwide are responding to the crucial charge of creating equitable and inclusive places for all.

Streaming each Wednesday at 6 pm EST through April 21, 2021, the virtual classroom is free and open to the public via registration. Tapping RBA’s national network of 88 medalists, it tackles critical issues including arts and education, food and housing, infrastructure and innovation, parks and public spaces, and ways in which we can engage and empower our communities. Speakers comprise leading voices in architecture and urban design, planning and development, education and community engagement, and public policy and civic leadership sharing stories about innovative initiatives. Session recordings will be posted on the RBA website with case studies and other compelling resources following each program.
