Peter A. Stratton is senior vice president and managing director of Accessibility Services for SWA. He is a 25-year veteran of the firm, where he developed and continues to manage SWA’s accessibility business sector, providing leadership to a team of professionals located in New York, NY, Norwalk, CT, and Washington, DC.
Ryan Merkin, is director of SWA’s Multifamily Energy Services and provides sustainable design, retrofit, and operational services for both market-rate and affordable housing. Merkin’s areas of expertise are in energy auditing of existing buildings and sustainable consulting for affordable and market-rate new construction development. His work includes portfolio utility analysis, implementation of energy management systems, and building modeling software and training.
Paula Zimin, AIA is director of Sustainable Building Services at SWA. She specializes in professional architecture and design, with particular expertise in high-performance design within the commercial and residential sectors. Zimin leads the simulation team, which has assisted dozens of commercial and residential projects in successfully achieving building certification, securing government incentives, and exceeding energy code compliance.
