Douglas Burnham
Principal and founder, Envelope a+d
Douglas Burnham is Principal and founding partner of Envelope A+D, which seeks to create a collaborative setting for the production of meaningful works of architecture, design and public space. An architect for over 25 years, Burnham ounded Envelope in 2002. He is a past chair of the SFMOMA Architecture + Design Forum, and now serves on the Headlands Center for the Arts Audience Engagement Committee. In 2015, he founded the nonprofit HERE FOR NOW, dedicated to creating centers for temporary art and design intervention.
