Architectural Record, September 2021.

2021 September

The September issue of Architectural Record investigates what it means to reimagine the city. In a special section, hear from scholars, architects, and critics about the ways in which we can revitalize the urban realm after a racial and social reckoning of the inequities of cities and 18 months of pandemic, including a continuing education section about converting offices to housing. For this month’s building type study, read about five multifamily housing projects in the U.S. and Europe which are designed to respect the neighborhood context. Also learn about new hardware, windows & door products for fall 2021—all in this issue, and more!
