Eric is passionate about creating spaces that bestow dignity to occupants and promotes involvement and integration within community. He enjoys designing creative solutions to challenging dilemmas and really hits his stride in synthesizing numerous client and project constraints into a cohesive whole. His projects have achieved local, regional, and national attention and awards.

Eric has experience in designing over 1,500 dwelling spaces including TOD, affordable, workforce, supportive, market-rate, for sale, mixed-income, and mixed-use housing. His broad depth of housing and construction knowledge as well as strong design sense and attention to detail is invaluable to any project team.

As an office and thought leader at Humphries Poli Architects, Eric seeks to shape the future of architectural practice and design. He is committed to service and community involvement and is part of the AIA Denver Housing Knowledge Community as well as mentoring and advocacy. He holds an M.Arch from the University of Colorado at Denver, and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Colorado State University.
