Nicholas Jay Iselin serves as General Manager for the Americas Development business. He is responsible for leading and growing Lendlease’s development business in the Boston market, pursuing and identifying development opportunities and large-scale urban regeneration projects throughout the greater New England area, as well as supporting Lendlease’s development efforts nationally.

Prior to joining Lendlease, Mr. Iselin’s 15+ years of senior managerial experience in the development industry included consulting assignments for the University of Massachusetts Building Authority and Massachusetts Convention Center Authority. It also included executive roles at Intercontinental Real Estate Corporation and Twining Properties, where Mr. Iselin led the company’s operations and oversaw the design, entitlement, and management of Boston area projects.

Mr. Iselin, an architect by training, received a Master in Architecture degree from Harvard Graduate School of Design and a Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude in Visual and Environmental Studies from Harvard College. His professional affiliations and associations include the Board of Governors of the Harvard Club of Boston (Immediate past president), Heading Home Inc. (Board of Directors, Emeritus and past president), A Better City, Urban Land Institute, North Bennet Street School (Board of Overseers) and NAIOP.
