Bare fluorescent tubes, the most visible lighting element, have 3500K lamps. The lighting designers opted for a cooler color temperature to give the space a clean, laboratory-like ambience.   Photo © James Ewing Normal Normal’s factory and business operations are tucked in back of the ground floor, with additional space in the basement for a paint booth, laser cutting, 3-D printers, and storage.
