	Extensive glazing lets people see inside the 147,000-square-foot school, so the local community feels connected to it. The building's central atrium, which serves as a hub for student activities and can be used for public meetings, is expressed on the exterior as a projecting volume with a double-height entry. A sense of transparency both inside and out is important to the school's identity.
