Marcy Tyler : Marcy Tyler has worked in the commercial construction market for over 15 years. Her focus has been dedicated to the building façade. She is currently the Technical Marketing Manager for Tremco Commercial Sealants & Waterproofing. During her 15 years at Tremco she has had many roles that involved the building façade and being a technical resource. In her current role she is heavily involved in the strategic development and education of the product and systems that make the critical connections and stop the uncontrolled flow of air within the building facade.
Joshua Houk: Joshua Houk is the Façade Restoration Program Manager at Tremco Commercial Sealants & Waterproofing and manages strategic project initiatives involving Wet Sealant, Spectrem Simple Seal, Spectrem Restoration Overlay, and Custom Gasket remediation solutions. He is responsible for the development, rollout, and support of façade restoration initiatives and to ensure alignment between internal design and external market facing resources. Joshua works closely with building owner, property manager, contractor, and consultant stakeholder groups to translate their feedback into value-added solutions.
When challenges arise due to deterioration of the glazing system, it is important to understand what your options are.
