Architect Jerome W Haferd and urban design practice Borderless Studio are among the 50 creatives recognized this year by the Chicago-based organization.
Fellow finalists for the annual prize for emerging practices included Moroccan architect Salima Naji, German studio b+, and Serbian-Swiss collective TEN.
The day-long October 1 event, held at the Museum of Jewish Heritage in New York City, was followed by the 2024 Women in Architecture Awards at the same location.
