Joy Klein, VP of Sales & Marketing for TransCeramica by Fiandre, is a second generation in the stone and tile business. She earned a Bachelor of Science in both multinational business and finance at Florida State University, and has now been working with Fiandre for 20 years. At the beginning of her career, she obtained her Master of Business Administration at the University of South Florida while focusing on product promotion to design firms across the United States. In her first years with Fiandre, she also helped create and implement the company’s American Institute of Architects (AIA) Learning Unit Programs for professional accreditation.
