This former nineteenth-century industrial building located on the Dickinson College campus was renovated to provide space for a shared vision of both an administrative and arts faculty. Conceived as 32 live/work studios for 120 students, the building combines student housing with art studio spaces, galleries, and a community cafe, designed to provide a place for interaction between two distinct campus groups.
