New Window & Door Products for Spring 2019

Series 900 Terrace Door
CR Laurence now offers an optional low-profile threshold for its Series 900 Terrace Door, making its large panels of glass even more window-like. The new slimmer threshold projects just ½" from the floor and is thermally broken with an inch of insulating glass.

Dialock DT 750 Door Terminal
Häfele’s flexible proprietary Dialock key-card technology makes this unassuming interior door lock easy for guests to use and simple for building managers to control. The hardware can be operated remotely or with a key card and is suitable for use on 20-minute fire-rated doors in corridors. Levers and plates are available in finishes ranging from stainless steel to brass and black.

Marvin Modern
A new range of windows and glazed doors from Marvin was developed to complement modern residential designs. This year, the company is extending the line to include a Direct Glazed Window (shown), in sizes up to 94' square; a Multi-Slide Door (available in sizes of up to 12' x 60'); and Casement and Awning windows. To deliver energy efficiency and durability with the line’s large-format glass panels, all options feature argon gas between panes, and frames made of high-density fiberglass and aluminum.

Impact-Rated Mini Blinds
In addition to providing shade, privacy, and energy savings, new integrated door blinds by Masonite also act as storm shutters, withstanding hurricane-force winds and wind-borne debris. The company’s Impact-Rated Mini Blind glass kits are available in 10 door sizes, complete with a powder-coated aluminum frame and Low-E glass.
By integrating security and hardware, these solutions provide easier exits and entries. Click through the slideshow above to read more.
