RECORD Rounds Up the Top Products at NeoCon 2026

The latest edition of NeoCon, the country’s largest trade show focused on commercial interior design, did not disappoint. Despite the muggy weather and thunderstorms that swept through Chicago during the second week of June, tens of thousands of architects and designers thronged the showrooms and exhibition halls of The Mart. Attendees viewed newly launched office partitions, acoustic ceiling panels, circadian-lighting fixtures, modular-furniture collections, and more, while a robust program of workshops, talks, and keynote speakers offered insight into emerging professional trends. This stick-built partition system accommodates wall-to-wall, open-end, step-down, and other configurations. Available in a range of finishes, the frame is compatible with 3form’s formable resin (pictured) and laminated glass panels.

The Foster + Partners–designed Area table collection is suitable for workplaces of different sizes. The pieces come in numerous shapes (including triangular and rhomboid) and finishes such as linoleum and marble. BIOS Lighting, founded by former NASA scientists, adapts circadian-illumination technology used in the International Space Station for commercial and residential applications. Ruelo is a rippled stainless-steel panel with a mirrorlike finish that can be mounted to a standard T-grid suspension ceiling; for wall applications, it has a proprietary channel system.
