David Brown has been named artistic director for The Available City.

The AIA reports that last month’s Architectural Billings Index continued to decline, however, the slowdown has moderated. 

This year’s virtual event will be held on October 27–28, 2020. Registration is free.

During the event, architect Jason Pugh will be inducted as the organization's next president.

This year’s list includes significant sites at risk of being destroyed that exemplify "diversity in preservation."

The new building will double the square footage of the existing facility.
