Appearing in front of Cupertino's city council, the Apple CEO and cult leader to the technology obsessed made his case for a proposed new headquarters in the California city. Last December, it was widely reported that Foster + Partners would design Apple's new HQ, and according to the San Jose Mercury News, the city of Cupertino says that Lord Foster's London firm was indeed hired for the project.
