The AIA Palm Beach Women in Architecture (WIA) Women’s Conference provides a platform to celebrate and share the work of women leaders in architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC), while providing inspiration for professional and personal growth. It is a conversation on the challenges facing women of diverse backgrounds today in advancing their careers and achieving equity and inclusion in the AEC industry.

The industry is becoming more diverse, however more needs to be accomplished. AIA Palm Beach's WIA Women's Conference brings together thought leaders from Florida to discuss activism and increased awareness, building upon existing momentum to advance inclusion in the industry. This one-day conference will focus on balance, career growth, leadership and design; providing pathways for emerging professionals to capitalize on the changing environment as well as work together with seasoned professionals to build a more equitable profession.
