This Y-shaped acoustic pendant from Focal Point supplements an existing linear model. It can be specified as an unlit baffle or as a luminaire with an integrated LED. Made of polyester containing 50% recycled plastic, the versatile fixture is available in 8", 12", and 16" heights and 4' or 6' diameters and comes in 30 colors.

BuzziDish & BuzziDome.

The components of this new sound-control system from BuzziSpace work together throughout a room: BuzziDish, a 23"-diameter disc upholstered in the company’s sound absorbing foam, can be mounted alone or in an array on walls and ceilings. BuzziDome, an acoustic lighting fixture, is a 32"-diameter foam-upholstered pendant with an integrated 3000K LED. Both absorb and diffuse noise.

Ecophon Solo Baffles

Ecophon Solo Baffles.

Developed to simplify the installation of acoustic material around ductwork and exposed plumbing, this baffle system from CertainTeed combines the company’s standard products (Waves and Zig Zag) in custom configurations. The frameless baffles are mounted using anchors or hooks from plenum and suspended ceilings. The result is a noise reduction coefficient (NRC) of up to 0.9.

Updating an existing pod designed in 2018 to provide enclosed meeting spaces for open offices, Framery’s 2Q is designed for four to six people and adds an L-shaped sofa to the company’s menu of optional built-in furnishings for the unit. These include a conference table, wall-mounted display screen, whiteboards, and small worktables. The 87" x 93" x 110" booth comes with integral lighting and air-ventilation systems, and is available in 13 exterior colors.
